University tuition fees, digital assets, and certification charges are generally non-refundable once confirmed or accessed. However, certain counseling and support services are refundable within specific timelines. Where refunds cannot be offered, reschedules or revisions may be provided as alternatives.

Non-refundable services include tuition fees, university admission-related costs, digital resources, and examination fees once confirmed or accessed. Refundable services include counseling, document verification, and application support, but only if cancelled before specific cut-offs. For example, counseling sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable, while document verification is refundable only until processing begins.

Service-Specific Terms

Different services carry unique refund and cancellation terms. Career guidance can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the session, while admission strategy sessions are non-refundable once conducted. Profile enhancement and SOP/essay writing services are covered by revisions rather than refunds after initial delivery. Each service clearly states eligibility windows to avoid confusion and late cancellation issues.

Refund Process & Timelines

Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@courseconnect.in along with your order ID and relevant documents. Our team reviews cases within 2–3 business days and confirms approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, though banks and payment gateways may take additional time. Incomplete requests may delay processing until all details are received.
