Terms & Conditions for Course Connect Scholarship



Scholarship Aid is applicable only to Indian applicants. The grant of Scholarship Aid is subject to the prevailing scheme at the time of receipt of the application and further subject to verification and authentication of the information, certificates, and other documents as required by the Course Connect.


The percentage in the qualifying examination represents the aggregate marks.

It's important to note that the marks obtained in subjects prescribed under the eligibility criteria of Course Connect for the concerned Program will be taken into account for calculating aggregate marks. Thus, in such conditions, the eligibility criteria of Course Connect will prevail over the concerned board or equivalent body.

Scholarship Aid will be offered at the time of Admission only. It is offered on the basis of marks in the MBA SPARC exam, etc.

Scholarship Aid will be awarded to the candidate only after the verification of original documents. In case the candidate is not able to provide the documents within the stipulated time then scholarship aid will be canceled.

In case an applicant is eligible for Scholarship Aid as well as for any other monetary benefit under any other scheme or policy of Course Connect, then the applicant will have to opt for only one scheme of his/her choice.

Students applying for scholarship provided by Course Connect need to pay the required Programme Fee, Examination Fee, charges for residential and other facilities before the start of classes for each semester till the completion of the program, as per payment timelines. Course Connect will not communicate or intervene with scholarship or loan providers and will not be liable or submit/upload any documents related to applied schemes on behalf of the student. .

Scholarship on the basis of performance in MBA SPARC exam, the score should be valid, and only the General Rank/ Percentile will be considered. Any special Rank/ Percentile for the category of candidates like a separate Rank/ Percentile for Reserved Category, etc., shall not be considered for the award of Scholarship.

For Continuation of Scholarship on the basis of performance in the MBA SPARC exam in the subsequent years, the candidate must fulfil the attendance conditions and performance in respective activities.The candidate will be assessed at the end of each academic year, and the recipient will need to reapply for the scholarship as per the dates specified by the University. In case the performance of the candidate is not up to the mark, then Course Connect may terminate the Scholarship granted to the candidate.

The benefit of scholarship is applicable only to the program fee and it is paid once you are enrolled into the university.

The benefit of Scholarship Aid is for the normal duration of the program. However, if a candidate takes more than the normal duration to pass the program, he will not be entitled to these benefits for the duration in excess of the normal duration. Scholarship Aid benefit cannot exceed the program fee, and in case the scholarship amount exceeds the program fee, then only the program fee will be exempted.

If the applicant is from the SC/ST, OBC category/If the applicant is entitled to claim the benefits offered by the state/central government/University, then he/she shall not be eligible for Course Connect MBA SPARC’s Scholarship.

1 Scholarship may be awarded subject to a maximum of 10 of the total candidates admitted to the University in the 2024 session via Course Connect.

If at any stage, it is found that an applicant has concealed, suppressed, distorted any information/ fact(s) which would have rendered him ineligible for admission and/or ineligible for the benefit of Scholarship Aid including or applicant has been admitted and/or benefit of Scholarship Aid has been awarded by default by the University, then the admission and/or benefit of Scholarship Aid will stand canceled, and action will be taken as per the law of the land.

If at any stage, it is found that erroneous benefit of Scholarship Aid has been awarded because of Staff mistake or otherwise, then the candidate will be entitled to actual Scholarship Aid as per the policy specified in Prospectus. Any additional amount already awarded to the candidate may be recovered accordingly.

Definitions:

Equivalent: In context to marks means CGPA or GPA or any other grade awarded by the recognized board/university. In context, a degree/diploma certificate means a program of the same or relevant higher education from a recognized university having similar types of academic inputs (in terms of curriculum, schemes, etc.) subject to the decision by Course Connect.

PIO and PIO Card Holder: A person who or whose any of the ancestors was an Indian national and who is presently holding another country’s citizenship/nationality i.e., he/she is holding a foreign passport. A person registered as a PIO card holder under MHA’s scheme vide notification No 26011/4/98-F.I dated 19.08.2002 falls in this category.

Foreign Nationals/ International Applicants: International Applicants are persons holding passports issued by foreign countries. The fee applicable to International Applicants will be as mentioned in the International Booklet 2024.

Non-Resident Indians (NRI): An Indian citizen who is residing outside India and holds an Indian Passport.
