Withdrawal and Fee Refund

Enjoy peace of mind. A clear refund schedule protects your payment if your plans change. It depends on when you send your notice, measured against the notified last date of admission.

• A processing charge of ₹1,000 applies to each refund.

• The application fee is non-refundable.

• If MUJ cannot offer you a seat, your fee returns within 15 to 20 days. The ₹1,000 processing charge applies.

To apply, log in to the application portal and open Refund Request under Payments. Follow the on-screen steps. MUJ reviews and approves the request. Your money returns safely to the same bank account or card you used to pay. MUJ may update this schedule when regulators issue new notices.

Financing and discounts: Learners who choose a loan or financing are not eligible for the upfront-payment discounts (10% for the full program, 5% for annual payment). Whether a scholarship can be used together with a loan or EMI is confirmed at admission, so ask your admission counsellor before you apply for financing.
