Mark sheet

MUJ calculates the scholarship on the total program fee. A 20% scholarship on ₹80,000 equals ₹16,000. The 10% upfront concession adds ₹8,000. That makes up to ₹24,000 off, if both apply. Confirm the exact maths with MUJ.

Timing matters. If you pay semester by semester, MUJ applies semester 1 and 2 benefits together. That happens when you register for semester 2. Later semesters get their own benefit. If you pay in full upfront, MUJ refunds the scholarship for all semesters.

Ask one more question. MUJ lists one scholarship per category. Ask whether you can combine two categories.

Financing Trade-offs

The upfront concession needs your own funds. A card or bank transfer from your account qualifies. An independent bank loan without subvention also qualifies. A subvention or zero-interest EMI plan does not. Choosing that plan costs you the ₹8,000 concession. You can still apply for scholarships.

MUJ shows EMI from ₹3,333 per month. It lists tenures of 18, 12 and 6 months. Ask which tenure gives ₹3,333. Loan partners can add their own fees. Approval depends on credit norms.

Costs outside the Program Fee

  • Resits, revaluation, and duplicate certificates cost extra.

  • Coursera access is optional. MUJ charges ₹3,999 instead of ₹13,999.

  • Coursera access lasts one year. The purchase is non-refundable.

  • Campus immersion lasts six days. It takes a limited number of participants and costs extra.

Pay only through MUJ's official payment channels. Never pay an individual. Never use unofficial links or QR codes. MUJ accepts no liability for outside payments.

MUJ Online MA Eligibility Criteria

Both degrees share the same rules.

  • Degree: Hold a 10+2+3-year bachelor's degree from a recognized university. An equivalent qualification recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) also counts.

  • Foreign education: Produce an AIU equivalence certificate for 10+2 or graduate study outside India.

  • NRE and PIO holders: MUJ bills an international fee. It may ask for a CV, address proof, visa, PR card, and passport copy.

  • Work experience: MUJ does not require it. A fresh graduate can apply.

  • Minimum marks: MUJ states no minimum percentage. Ask for written confirmation if your marks are low.

Edge case: your degree may run four years. Ask MUJ if it meets the 10+2+3 rule. Send your mark sheet with the question.

MUJ Online MA Admission Process 2026

Admission runs fully online. It has four steps.

  1. Application. Enter your basic, education, and work details. Pay the ₹500 application fee.

  2. Fee payment. Pay for semester 1, year 1, or the full program.

  3. Document upload. Upload your documents and submit the form.

  4. University approval. MUJ checks your documents and confirms admission.

MUJ sends your LMS login within 72 hours of confirmation.

It also needs the mobile number linked to Aadhaar. MUJ deposits your term-end exam credits there. You can redeem them within seven years.

Deadlines and Intakes
