Refund and Cancellation Policy

SASTRA and Veranda HigherEd publish their refund and cancellation terms clearly. These apply to both programmes.

• Refund with more than 21 days to commence: You may request a refund. A penalty of ₹5,000 is deducted for Indian students (USD 125 for international students). The remainder is returned within 30 days of a valid refund request.

• Refund within 21 days of commencement: No refund is available.

• If SASTRA or Veranda cancels the course: You receive a full fee refund within 30 days of notification.

• Batch transfer: If you need to move to a later batch, a transfer fee of ₹5,900 applies, plus any differential fee between the two batches. Batch transfer requests must be submitted at least 21 days before commencement and require explicit approval from the institute.
